In conjunction with the 32nd Annual La Posada celebration, visitors and shoppers alike will be delighted with displays by local artisans, performing artist, refreshments and unique shopping opportunities with a nostalgic holiday flare! Performing Artists Taking it to the Streets! Main Street will be brimming with local performing artists to help ring in the holiday cheer! Featured artists include the Pueblo Children's Chorale, Mrs. Brown's Clowns, Ed Hill, Tom Munch, Chrisanne Galvez, Ballet Folklorico Huehuecoyotle, Musical Community Productions, Pueblo Sunsational Barbershop Chorus, Pueblo School for Arts & Science “Newsies” and more!
Local Artists Show Their Stuff! Local Artists will be sprinkled throughout the downtown area displaying original works of art in all genres. Where to look: The Federal Building houses 20 artisans from the Pueblo Arts Council, the Colorado Building will feature artisans from the Pueblo Community College Art Club, High Vista Art Gallery at El Pueblo History Museum, Own Your Own Art Show and Sale at the Sangre de Cristo Art Center, Art on South Main and more!

32nd Annual La Posada Celebration! The origin of this Mexican celebration dates from the 1550’s. The procession represents the nine-day journey Mary and Joseph made to Bethlehem. Upon arriving there, they sought lodging (posada) but were turned away before finally being offered a place in a stable. Events begin at 3pm and include: 3pm - Aymoray School of Dance at the Pueblo Convention Center and at 4pm the House32nd Annual Community Celebration of La Posada procession begins at the Convention Center, moving down Main Street to the County Court House. Once at the Court House enjoy performances by Pueblo School for Arts & Science, Pueblo Choral Society, Mariachi de Pueblo, and more!
